Annie Says She Went with Dr. Nanji to Visit a Friend, Gladys Hayter

Annie says she was with Dr. Nanji all day the day before when he went to visit Gladys Hayter, a medium and friend of Dinshaw. She gave Dinshaw a cake. Gladys was able to take spirit pictures and took 10 pictures. Gladys’ husband Bert was not there. He had no interest in the idea of spirit pictures. She also knows Dinshaw will be going back the day of this recording.
Annie Has Seen the Gravestone Dr. Nanji Has Placed on Her Grave
Annie: Alright. I was with you all day yesterday.
Dr. Nanji: Yes ? It was very nice.
Annie: It was very kind, you know. She is very good you know and she did everything for you…
Dr. Nanji: Exactly, yes.
Annie: …and the cake and everything.
Dr. Nanji: She sends her love to you.
Annie: I know. I will be talking to her, I hope, again.
Dr. Nanji: …and she took about ten pictures while I was with her.
Annie: I will talk to her.
Dr. Nanji: Yes ?
Annie: I will communicate with her.
Dr. Nanji: and she says, well if you do communicate, I will ring you [Dr. Nanji] and tell you that the miracle has happened.
Annie: Well I hope so. It is not for want of trying. I do my best you know. Everyone here helps you know. I am very fortunate to have so many friends.
Dr. Nanji: And she was in a very good form, because we were absolutely alone the whole evening.
Annie: …and that is better perhaps, because Mr Bert is not interested.
Dr. Nanji: No, he’s not interested.
Annie: …and he had to go out, so you were together.
Dr. Nanji: That’s right.
Annie: But the pictures. I did pose. I posed for the five pictures, you know.
Dr. Nanji: Well I hope something will happen on those, uh, pictures.
Annie: Well I want to. I try, you know. I hope so.
Dr. Nanji: She’s taken about ten pictures, and ah…
Annie: I like for you…might bring my pictures here?
Dr. Nanji: Yes darling, I’ve given her the same pictures.
Annie: You have ?
Dr. Nanji: Yes. I’m going to give Jim Ellis also…
Annie: You are going to give him a picture of me ?
Dr. Nanji: Yes.
Annie: Oh, he will put with his pictures in his room.
Dr. Nanji: He likes it very much.
Annie: Good. You are going back today, are you not ?
Dr. Nanji: Yes I’m going back.
Annie: I shall be with you.
